Build the tools behind the O-1 platform.

We run several brands in visas and immigration. We need people who can fix things and ship them: websites, ad tracking, automations, apps and AI-assisted code.

What we need help with

Squarespace & websites

Custom CSS and code injection, brand-matched landing pages, forms that actually deliver, SEO settings, DNS for domains and subdomains.

Conversion tracking

GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and enhanced conversions, Meta Pixel and CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, offline conversion imports, clean UTMs.

Automations

n8n, Make or Zapier, webhooks and APIs, form → sheet → alert pipelines, email sequences, and monitors that tell us when leads stop arriving.

Web apps

Debug and fix apps someone else built. Next.js and React, Supabase, Vercel and Netlify deploys, GitHub pull requests, Stripe checkout and webhooks.

iOS & mobile

Swift/SwiftUI or React Native/Expo, Capacitor wrappers, TestFlight and App Store submission, push notifications, in-app payments.

Claude Code & AI coding

Use Claude Code every day to build and fix. Write good instructions for coding agents, work with skills and MCP servers, and test AI-written code before it ships.

You don't need all six. Strong in two or three is great. We'd rather hire someone honest about what they don't know.

How applying works

  1. Tell us who you are and pick the areas you're strongest in.
  2. Take the skills chat. About 8 real-world questions, under 10 minutes. Answer like you would on the job: specific tools, settings and steps.
  3. Optional: take the O-1 check. Score 30% or higher and we'll give you a free O1D Match profile, whether or not you get the job.
  4. Submit. Our team reviews every application. Shortlisted people get a short trial task.
